Meet Christopher Antoszek

From Professional Athlete to Builder to Trusted Owner’s Representative

Christopher Antoszek brings a rare blend of discipline, leadership, and real-world experience to every project he takes on. His career path has been anything but conventional—rising from professional sports to entrepreneurship, from licensed general contractor to trusted Owner’s Representative and advocate for property owners.

Chris began his professional journey on the baseball field, playing within the Boston Red Sox and Houston Astros organizations. After retiring from athletics, he redirected his focus to the business and construction industries, founding and managing several successful ventures and gaining deep expertise in both residential and commercial building.

With a background as a licensed builder and general contractor, Chris understands every phase of the construction process—from the first set of plans to the final punch list. His hands-on knowledge and strategic mindset ensure that projects are completed with integrity, transparency, and precision.

In parallel, Chris has also built a reputation in the personal development space as a performance coach, speaker, author, and podcaster. His passion for helping others achieve clarity, confidence, and forward momentum translates seamlessly into his role as an Owner’s Representative.

Today, as the founder and president of Build Wise Advisors, Chris serves as a true advocate for his clients. He works closely with homeowners, developers, and commercial property investors—protecting their interests, managing risk, and ensuring that their vision becomes a reality. His approach is thorough, professional, and deeply client-focused, bringing peace of mind to the complex, high-stakes building process.

Outside of his professional work, Christopher is a proud and dedicated father to his two daughters, Khiana and Alexis. When he’s not working on behalf of his clients, you’ll find him sailing Newport Harbor aboard his sailboat Amulet. Chris is grounded in purpose, driven by service, and committed to excellence in everything he does.
